PR #1909 code-weight loss audit

Frozen reduction: Retire internal Scheduler.onClear notifications and pending-aware dependency objects because production has no callers. Dependencies then wait only for queued jobs. Replace synthetic tests with queued-job cancellation, exact failure identity, and recovery checks. Remove Effect's retained pipeline and tracksPublishedRows fields because the first is used once and the second duplicates the ordered-loader map. Remove unused scheduleGraphRun job ID and dependency overrides.

The before source is commit 80421c8b. The after source is code commit b69c189c. Two agents scanned the source versions separately after reading the field-lab loss-audit card and live-query architecture. The entries below are source-supported omissions from the frozen reduction. They do not decide whether to restore an item or whether a behavior regressed.

SourceRecovered distinction and pointerWhere droppedRule
Before schedulerA dependency could block through hasPendingGraphRun(contextId) even without a queued job. Otherwise an absent dependency was satisfied (80421c8b:scheduler.ts:126-144).Queued-only clauseExplicit rejection
Before schedulerRescheduling replaced a callback without moving its queue position; omitted dependencies retained the prior set. A running job left the map before reentrant work (scheduler.ts:84-101,147-152).Cancellation clauseCompression
Before schedulerclear() deleted the context before notifying a listener snapshot; onClear() returned an unsubscribe callback (scheduler.ts:171-183).Retire onClear clauseExplicit rejection
Before schedulerNested publications shared a context. Recorded listener failure preceded later graph failure; clearing could not replace the primary error (scheduler.ts:188-245).Failure-identity clauseCompression
Before EffectThe compiler's pipeline received its output operator before finalization and was cleared with graph/input references on disposal (effect.ts:386-389,467-503,1096-1101).One-use field clauseCompression
Before EffecttracksPublishedRows was set before the ordered loader started and selected callback-visible membership classification rather than immediate delta classification (effect.ts:571-664,948-968,1156-1197).Duplicate-state clauseExplicit rejection
Before EffectOrdered repair held callback delivery across participants and could transfer that hold to truncate replay. publishedRows retained the prior visible values (effect.ts:409-428,819-861,924-968).Field-removal clauseCategory mismatch
Before EffectSource live-query builders became graph dependencies during subscription and were passed to the shared scheduler (effect.ts:548-553,803-817).Queued-only clauseCompression
Before buildercontextId remained a live override beside the unused job ID and dependency overrides. The queued callback was fenced by sync-run generation (collection-config-builder.ts:651-691).Override clauseCompression
Before builderWindow moves, demand settlement, ordered-load completion, initial sync, and source recovery each scheduled graph work (collection-config-builder.ts:336-339,406-416,491-528,762-766,1091-1105).Override clauseLow salience
Before builderEven an initially empty graph turn checked loaders, processed synchronous writes through D2, flushed, then evaluated readiness (collection-config-builder.ts:571-645).Queue clauseCategory mismatch
Before builderOrdered-load settlement checked sync-run identity before changing failure state. Its final success scheduled a publication run (collection-config-builder.ts:491-528).Recovery clauseCompression
Before scheduler testThe dependency matrix crossed source order, pending-aware state, and requeue. It required the dependent to see the final source run (scheduler.test.ts:132-179).Synthetic-test replacement clauseCategory mismatch
Before scheduler testThe clear-listener test checked listener snapshot mutation, multiple failures, first-error retention, and the next clear (scheduler.test.ts:280-313).Retire onClear clauseExplicit rejection
Before scheduler testPublication tests checked nested timing, discarded jobs, first-error precedence, thrown undefined, later delivery, and coherent dependent state (scheduler.test.ts:182-278,579-727).Failure-identity clauseCompression
Before scheduler testCollection/Effect cases crossed shared and derived sources plus write order; diamond and hybrid joins required one coherent dependent run (scheduler.test.ts:1059-1367).Synthetic-test replacement clauseCategory mismatch
Before scheduler testRestart cases separated obsolete resolve/reject from replacement state; loader cases checked writes during graph turns (scheduler.test.ts:1443-1631).Recovery clauseCompression
Before scheduler testRepeated lexical aliases attempted every loader and kept the exact first falsy failure (scheduler.test.ts:1633-1771).Failure-identity clauseCompression
After schedulerRescheduling replaces a callback while retaining queue position; omission of new dependencies retains the old set (scheduler.ts:70-94).Queued-only clauseCompression
After schedulerA running prerequisite leaves the map before its callback; requeueing it blocks its dependent. A no-progress pass throws (scheduler.ts:98-145).Queued-only clauseCompression
After schedulerNested publications share the outer context. Graph work flushes afterward; the first listener error has precedence, and failure clears jobs/context (scheduler.ts:173-226).Failure/recovery clauseCompression
After EffectCompiler closures retain mutable subscriptions. Startup buffers changes until subscriptions exist, drains them to D2, then runs the graph (effect.ts:389,519-750).One-use pipeline clauseCategory mismatch
After EffectThe ordered-loader map supplies the tracking condition; the separate publishedRows map retains callback-visible membership and values (effect.ts:405,939-959,1150).Duplicate-state clauseCompression
After EffectOrdered repair and inherited replay holds still gate callbacks across participants. Final success flushes; failure keeps private deltas hidden (effect.ts:814-861).Field-removal clauseLow salience
After buildercontextId, builder dependencies, and sync-run fencing remain in scheduleGraphRun (collection-config-builder.ts:651-685).Override clauseCompression
After builderEmpty-start graph turns still check loaders and process synchronous writes before publication (collection-config-builder.ts:571-645).Queue clauseCategory mismatch
After builderOrdered-load settlement is sync-run-fenced. Window failures, replay, ordered loads, and joined demand still gate publication (collection-config-builder.ts:491-528,908-936).Recovery clauseCompression
After builderChild facades prepare before root commit; failure discards them, while root and facade notifications follow state installation (collection-config-builder.ts:930-981).Scheduler-focused reductionLow salience
After scheduler testSource/dependent order and prerequisite requeue form a four-case matrix that checks the final source run (scheduler.test.ts:132-165).Cancellation clauseCompression
After scheduler testListener snapshot, first-error, later delivery, and falsy-failure matrices remain in public publication-path tests (scheduler.test.ts:388-727).Failure/recovery clauseCompression
After scheduler testCollection/Effect, shared/derived, write-order, diamond, and hybrid cases check coherent dependent publication (scheduler.test.ts:1035-1367).Synthetic-test replacement clauseCategory mismatch
After scheduler testRestart and repeated-alias cases retain stale-settlement and exact first-failure distinctions (scheduler.test.ts:1419-1771).Recovery clauseCompression

The before-only scan cannot establish repository-wide caller absence. The separate repository search found no production call to onClear() or implementation of hasPendingGraphRun() at the code target. The after-only scan found no explicit rejection in the frozen summary. Each scan returned its own source pointers before collation.
